You can update your login email address via the Account Settings within your 'My Page' dashboard.
Steps for Account & Security Management
- Access the Dashboard:
After logging in, select 'My Page' from the top-right menu or sidebar. - Navigate to Account Info: Click on 'My Account' to view your current registration details.
- Edit and Save:
Click the 'Edit' button to enable editing mode. Enter your new email address and click 'Save.'
Important Considerations
- Change of Login ID:
Once updated, your Login ID will automatically switch to the new email address for all future sessions. Please ensure you make a note of this change to avoid being locked out. - Notification Routing:
All automated notifications including Quotation alerts, Invoice updates, and direct Messages from our representatives will be routed to the new address immediately. - Verification Process:
For security purposes, the system may send a verification email to your new address. If received, please follow the instructions within that email to finalize the update.
