How can I change my current password for security purposes?

You can update your password at any time via the Account Settings within your 'My Page' dashboard.

Password Update Process

• Access the Dashboard:

  After logging in, navigate to 'My Page' and click on 'My Account.'

• Initiate Change:

  Click the 'Change Password' link.

• Enter Credentials:

  For security verification, please provide the following:

• Current Password: Your active password.
• New Password: Your desired new password.
• Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password for verification.

Security Requirements

To maintain high account security, your new password must meet the following complexity criteria:

• At least 8 characters in length.
• Includes at least one uppercase letter.
• Includes at least one lowercase letter.
• Includes at least one numeric digit.
