How long is the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code valid?

The verification code sent via the 2FA email is valid for 30 minutes from the time of issuance (transmission).

Timeout Management & Security

• Expiration (Timeout) Behavior

  To ensure account security, any code older than 30 minutes will automatically become Invalid. If you receive an error message after entering the code, it is highly likely that the session has timed out.




• How to Resolve

  Return to the login screen and re-enter your User ID and password to initiate a new session.
  Check your email for the newly issued verification code and enter it promptly.




• Important Note

  If you have requested multiple codes within a short timeframe, the system will only recognize the most recent code sent to your inbox. All previous codes are instantly invalidated upon the generation of a new one.
