What is the procedure for New Member Registration (Sign-up)?

You can complete your registration easily by following the steps below. Once your initial registration is finished, you can immediately begin placing Requests for Quotes (Estimate Requests).

New Registration & Onboarding Workflow

1. Access the Sign-up Page:

   Click the 'Sign up' button at the top of the site to proceed to the registration screen.



2. Enter Corporate/Medical Institution Details:

   Provide basic information about your company or medical facility, such as the official name and address.



3. Set Representative Info & Password:

   Enter the name of the account administrator and set a secure password for future logins.



4. Accept Terms & Conditions:

   Review our 'Terms and Conditions' and check the box to confirm your agreement, then click the 'Agree' button.



5. Registration Complete (Immediate Access):

   Your account is now active. You are now authorized to start requesting estimates (Estimate Requests) for any product in our database.

Crucial Requirement: License Registration for Purchasing

While you can request estimates immediately, official pharmaceutical orders (Order Placement) require verification of your legal credentials.

• When to Register: You can upload your credentials at any time after the initial sign-up via the 'Company Information' section in 'My Page.'

• Required Documentation: Please upload a digital copy of your Medical License or relevant business permit. Verification is mandatory to ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical laws.
