Is it possible to receive photos of the product packaging (outer box) before purchasing?

Yes, we will respond as flexibly as possible. However, the availability of photos depends on the product's inventory status and supplier constraints.

  For products currently in our stock or those we handle on a regular basis, we can provide actual photos of the product packaging.




• Restricted or Delayed Cases

  For medications we are handling for the first time or 'On-request items' (ordered from suppliers only after receiving your request), we cannot confirm the physical product until it arrives at our facility. Therefore, pre-shipment photos may not be immediately available.




• Content Provided

  Generally, we provide photos of the entire outer package. If you require verification of a specific Batch Number (Lot No.) or Expiry Date, this may only be possible during the inspection phase after the order is finalized.
