How do I upload my licenses (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sales Licenses)?
To ensure the safe and legal transaction of pharmaceuticals, you can upload your latest licenses through your account settings. Please follow the steps below according to your device.
Navigation by Device and Document Verification
Access the License Management Page
On PC: Click the user icon at the top right of the screen (header) and select 'Licenses' from the menu.
On Smartphone: Tap the menu button (three-bar hamburger menu) at the top left of the screen and select 'Licenses.'
Submit Your Documents
Click the 'Submit licenses' button on the page to upload and send your files.
Confirm Required Documents (Important)
The combination of required documents varies depending on your business type (wholesaler, hospital, pharmacy, etc.) and your country.
How to Verify: Click the link on the page titled 'View: Table 1 - List of documents to be requested at the time of inquiry' to review the specific list of documents required for your category.
Important Notes for Uploading
Validity: Please ensure that all submitted documents are currently valid and have not expired.
File Formats: Prepare clear scans or photos in PDF, PNG, or JPG format.
Approval Process: Once uploaded, your documents will be reviewed by our licensed pharmacists and compliance team. Please allow a few business days for the approval process to complete.
