How can I check the details and history of my previous quotation requests?
You can review all your past quotation history by accessing 'Quotes' on your My Page.
Accessing and Managing Your History
Navigate to the Quotes Page
On PC: Click the 'Quotes' icon, located second from the left in the top header.
On Smartphone: Tap the menu button (three-bar hamburger menu) at the top left of the screen and select 'Quotes.'
View Details and Status
This page lists all your quotation requests from the past to the present.
Viewing Details: Click on 'View Details' or the item title to see specific information, including product names, quantities, unit prices, and expiration dates.
Tracking Status: You can instantly check the status of each request, such as 'Pending' (awaiting response), 'Answered' (quote provided), or 'Expired.'
Tips for Utilizing Your History
Simplifying Re-quotes: If you wish to request a quote for the same items as in the past, you can save time by referencing or copying the details from your history.
Reviewing Messages: Any correspondence with our representatives regarding a specific quote can be viewed and replied to directly from that quotation's detail page.
