Where can I access "Company Information" to verify or change my registered corporate details?

The 'Company Information' section is where you manage your official corporate name, address, and contact details, which serve as the primary data for billing and international shipping. Please follow the steps below based on your device.

UI Navigation by Device

For Desktop (PC) Users

• Click the 'Person/User Icon' (the furthest one on the right in the header row).
  Select 'Company Information' from the dropdown menu.
  Note: You can also access this via the side menu within the 'My Page' dashboard.




• For Mobile Users

  Tap the 'Hamburger Menu' (the three-line icon) in the top-left corner.
  Select 'Company Information' from the menu list.

Information Managed in This Section

• Core Corporate Data: Official company name, authorized representative, and Industry Type (e.g., Hospital, Wholesaler, Doctor).

• Contact & Address Details: Registered head office address and primary telephone numbers used for trade documentation.

• Uploaded Credentials: Review and manage uploaded verification documents, such as your Medical License or business permits required for pharmaceutical transactions.
