Q:

If I request a quote for a pharmaceutical product, is its availability guaranteed once I order?

A:

No. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. The supply status of the pharmaceutical market fluctuates constantly, and products may become unavailable even after a quotation has been issued.

Supply Chain Volatility & Risk Management

  • Primary Reasons for Limited Availability:

    • Drug Shortages: Supply from manufacturers may stop abruptly due to raw material shortages, production line halts, or sudden surges in global demand.

    • Discontinuation: Manufacturers may cease production of a product at their discretion without prior notice.

    • Export Restrictions: Changes in political climate or legal regulations in the country of origin may temporarily restrict international shipments.

  • Our Inventory Commitment

While we verify stock and procurement prospects at the time of quotation, physical inventory moves in real-time. Product allocation is finalized only upon 'Completion of Payment.' Therefore, an item may sell out between the time a quote is issued and the time payment is received.

Process If a Product Cannot Be Sourced

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will promptly take the following actions:

  • Proposal of Alternatives: We will suggest generic versions with the same active ingredients or alternative medications with equivalent therapeutic effects.

  • Full Refund: If an alternative solution is not feasible, we will immediately initiate a full refund process for the affected item.
